ReplyMill offers three plans. See the Pricing page for current prices.
Free
- 100 emails per month
- 1 team member
- AI-assisted replies
- Gmail → Slack routing
- Basic issue grouping
Starter
- 1,500 emails per month
- Up to 5 team members
- Everything in Free, plus:
- Auto issue grouping
- Labels & organization
- Team collaboration
- Slack thread routing
Pro
- 10,000 emails per month
- Unlimited team members
- Everything in Starter, plus:
- Deep issue clustering
- Pattern detection
- Analytics & insights
- Priority processing
Billing Cycle
Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves approximately 20%. Your billing cycle starts the day you upgrade to a paid plan.
Upgrading or Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately:
- Upgrading — you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
- Downgrading — the new plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Overage
On the Free plan, emails stop being processed once you reach 100 for the month.
On paid plans, if you exceed your monthly email limit, additional emails are processed normally and billed at $10 per 1,000 emails at the end of your billing cycle.
Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. After cancellation:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
- Your data is retained — you can re-upgrade at any time to pick up where you left off
- If you want to delete your account entirely, contact us at noa@replymill.com
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
