Managing Your Team

Invite members, assign roles, and manage access to your workspace.

Inviting Members

To invite someone to your ReplyMill workspace:

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Admin or Member)
  5. Click "Send Invite"

They'll receive an email with a link to join. The invite expires after 7 days.

Changing Roles

Admins can change any team member's role from Settings → Team. Click the role dropdown next to their name and select the new role.

Removing Members

To remove a team member, go to Settings → Team, find their name, and click "Remove". They'll immediately lose access to the workspace. Their previous replies and activity remain in the system.

Team Limits

  • Free plan — 1 team member
  • Starter plan — up to 5 team members
  • Pro plan — unlimited team members
